What is the process of organizing treatment in Germany through your company?
You send a request with your contact details; we contact you on WhatsApp at a time convenient for you and discuss specifically what you need. This consultation is free of charge. After that, you will receive a service contract, a questionnaire to fill out, and prices for our services. If you are satisfied with everything, we start organizing your treatment in Germany.

What are the costs and conditions of treatment in Germany through your company?
We work transparently and discuss our prices with you initially. We send you the prices for our services together with the service contract.
How long does organizing treatment in Germany take from the moment of application to the beginning of treatment?
We process your request reasonably quickly. It usually takes one to two days. If there is a need for translation of documents, the timeframe increases. If you need visa support, accordingly here, the terms depend on you because we need your data for the invitation, prepayment, and invitation from the clinic. However, we have had cases when the patient came to us the next day after the application in the presence of a visa. Everything is possible.
Is it possible to get a consultation before deciding on treatment in Germany?
