Assistance in applying for a medical visa

Citizens of non-European Union countries must apply for a visa in advance to visit clinics in Germany. To simplify the entry procedure, there is a special type of visa - medical visa category "C" for treatment in Germany. The standard period of stay on the territory of Germany on a medical visa is 3 months, with the possibility of an extension on the spot.

The basis for obtaining a medical visa is an invitation from a German clinic or private medical practice where the treatment will be performed. MedPerfekt also provides a confirmation, which will include the planned date of admission for examination and treatment, addresses of clinics and names of attending physicians, the required period of stay in the clinic, confirmation of payment for medical services, according to the preliminary invoice issued by the clinic. If the future patient is a child, the application to the embassy is submitted by one of the parents, whose data are also indicated in the invitation.
The original invitation is sent by express mail to the recipient, and the copy is sent directly to the Embassy.
It should be noted that the embassy has the right to refuse a visa if it is stated that the treatment is paid directly upon arrival at the clinic.
